Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information and access we have at the time. If the job turns out to be materially different once work starts — hidden damage, a fault behind a wall, a fixture that will not come out cleanly — we will stop, tell you, and agree the change with you before continuing.

Scope of work

Windy Shore Home Services provides home services: painting and drywall, carpentry and door installation, small remodeling including flooring, and general home repairs. Some work is deliberately outside our scope, including electrical and plumbing work, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing, structural work and anything requiring a building permit. Where a job needs a licensed specialist we will tell you and decline the work rather than take it on.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being worked on. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time we may need to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing in advance.
